Maximize the use Electronic payment methods and minimize the use of Cash / Cheques in Govt payments. Integrate the Common Payment Platform (LankaPay) with all Govt institutes as
Establish Government Data Analytics / Business Intelligence Unit with related Technology platforms. This unit will collect data from various sources and analyses and provide statistics / forecasting to decision makers.
Construct National Data Centers / Sri Lanka Cloud to store all Government ERPs , Web portals / Apps etc. Minimum 4 data centers in 4 provinces. This is extension of Mega IT Parks.
Focus on our own Open Source platforms and Minimize the dependency on foreign technology and expertise
