7.1. Challenges in Agriculture / Farmers – කෘෂිකර්මයේ / ගොවීන්ගේ අභියෝග
- වගාව, ගබඩා කිරීම, ප්‍රවාහනය ආදී ක්‍ෂේත්‍රවල තාක්‍ෂණික භාවිතයක් නොමැතිකම.
- අතරමැදියන් විසින් මෙහෙයවන වෙළඳපොළ – ගැනුම්කරු සහ ගොවියා සම්බන්ධ කිරීමට අවස්ථා නොමැතිකම.
- ප්‍රසම්පාදන ක්‍රියාවලිය කාර්යක්‍ෂම නොවන නිසා ගොවියාට තමා වගා කරන භෝගවලට නිසි මිලක් ලැබෙන්නේ නැහැ
- ප්‍රවාහනයේදී හා ගබඩා කිරීමේදී බෝග අපතේ යයි.

- ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ වැව් ලියාපදිංචි කිරීම සඳහා ජාතික කෘෂිකර්ම ප්‍රමුඛ මෘදුකාංගය – ග්‍රාම සේවක වසම් මට්ටම.
- ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ කෘෂිකාර්මික ඉඩම් / කුඹුරු, රජයේ ඉඩම් – ග්‍රාම සේවක වසම් මට්ටම ලියාපදිංචි කිරීම සඳහා ජාතික කෘෂිකර්ම ප්‍රමුඛ මෘදුකාංගය
- ඉඩම් ජාතික / රජයේ, ගොඩ/මඩ, වගා කළ / වගා නොකළ, රජයේ, පෞද්ගලික යනාදී ලෙස වර්ග කරන්න (ඉඩම් / කෘෂිකර්ම අමාත්‍යාංශය)
- පද්ධතිය ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සියලුම ගොවීන්, ගැනුම්කරුවන්, විකුණුම්කරුවන්, ආනයනකරුවන්, අපනයනකරුවන් ලියාපදිංචි කරනු ඇත (ග්‍රාම සේවක වසම් මට්ටම)
- බෝග විස්තර මෙන්ම බෝගයේ විකුණුම් විස්තර ග්‍රහණය කර ගැනීමට පද්ධතිය / යෙදුම භාවිතා කරන්න
- විශාල ගොවිතැන් සඳහා ICT තාක්ෂණයන් හඳුන්වා දීම, එනම් GPRS, IOT, Drones තාක්ෂණය
- මෙම පද්ධතිය අනෙකුත් අමාත්‍යාංශ සමඟ ඒකාබද්ධ කර ඇත – කෘෂිකර්ම, ජල සහ වාරිමාර්ග, වන දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව, මිනින්දෝරු දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව, පළාත් පාලන අමාත්‍යාංශය ආදිය
- පද්ධතියට ඓතිහාසික දත්ත විශ්ලේෂණය කිරීමට සහ පැටර්ස් හඳුනා ගැනීමට සහ අනාගතය සඳහා පුරෝකථනය කිරීමට AI/BI මෙවලම සපයා ඇත.
- National Agriculture Famer Portal to capture Tanks in Sri Lanka – Grama Sevaka Vasam level.
- National Agriculture Famer Portal to capture Agricultural Lands / Paddy fields, Govt lands in Sri Lanka – Grama Sevaka Vasam level.
- Classify lands as National / Govt, Goda/mada, Cultivated / Not Cultivated, Govt, Private etc. (Land / Agriculture Ministry)
- Register all the Farmers, Buyers, Sellers, Importers, Exporters in Sri Lanka (Grama Sewaka Vasam Level)
- Use the Portal / App to capture Crop details as well as sales details of the crop
- Introduce ICT Technologies to Large Farming i.e. GPRS, IOT, Drones Technology
- The portal is integrated with other Ministries – Agricultural, Water & Irrigation, Forest Dept, Surveyor Dept, Local Govt ministry etc.
- The system is provided with AI/BI Platform to analyze historical data and identify patters and make forecasting for future
7.3. National Farmer Portal – Model/ජාතික ගොවි පද්ධතිය / ද්වාරය – ආකෘතිය
- අපගේ අරමුණ සෑම ගොවියෙකුම “ව්‍යවසායකයෙකු” බවට පත් කිරීමයි
- මෙම පද්ධතිය ගමේ කෘෂිකර්ම නිලධාරියාට දත්ත නිරීක්ෂණය කිරීමට සහ යාවත්කාලීන කිරීමට පහසුකම් සපයයි
- මෘදුකාංග පද්ධතිය භාවිතයෙන් ගොවියාට බෝග වගා විස්තර සහ බෝග සූදානම ඇතුළත් කළ හැකිය
- එළවළු හෝ බෝග ගැනුම්කරුවන්ට පද්ධතියට ලියාපදිංචි වී ගොවීන්ගෙන් සෘජුවම මාර්ගගත ඇණවුම් කළ හැකිය
- ගොවියාට ඇණවුම පිළිගෙන සෘජුවම ගැනුම්කරුට බෝග ලබා දිය හැකිය

- Every farmer get a registration number and he or she is part of the national portal
- Farmers are forced to use technology platform – digital transformation.
- Agriculture officer / Grama Seveka can directly monitor the agriculture work and update status online
- There is a proper procurement process i.e. Order, GRN, Inventory, Invoice, Receipts etc.
- Farmer or producer is getting the right price which is decided by the system. The Price is transparent too.
- Middleman involvement is minimum, so farmers are getting higher margins.
- Government can imposed controlled prices for selected crops
- Ministry will have better visibility of what crops are cultivated, which area , which land can be taken from the system
- Purchase Requisition , Payments are monitored centrally by the ministry
- Payments are done online to Farmers bank account. Thus farmers finance management is tracked and even bank facilities can be taken
- Forecasting of product / crop quantity etc are possible using AI forecasting models
- Proper tracking of farmer activities in the cultivation to market can be done
- Govt can decide which crop to be cultivated in which time, thus excess crop situation will be minimum,
- Govt can easily be involved in providing fertilized directly to farmer. Right person will get right quantities based on the information provided in the system
- Govt can see any shortages of crops or food and make Import orders more accurately
- Famer become an entrepreneur and his financial status will be upgraded
